Information for Clients
Valley Outreach primarily serves households in the Stillwater school district area (ISD 834) whose income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline or who are in crisis.*
The Stillwater school district includes the following communities:

* Total household income must not exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG).
Maximum Income Levels by Household Size:

For families/households with more than 8 persons, add $8,360 for each additional person.
*If you are in crisis, homeless, or simply not sure if you are eligible for Valley Outreach services, please call ahead or come in during our service hours. We will be happy to answer any questions and help however we can.
Client Service Hours
Clients can visit the food shelf or clothing closet during our shopping hours listed below. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the end of shift to be fully served.

Bonus Friday(Now, by appointment only!)
In addition to the regular monthly visit(s), clients can visit the food shelf every Friday, 1-3pm for extra produce, bread and other pre-selected items. Bonus Friday is by appointment only.
To schedule your appointment for Bonus Friday:

- Monday and Wednesday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
Appointments can be made for Friday beginning on the Monday of the same week. We are unable to schedule Bonus Friday appointments beyond one week.

* Providing basic household information and completing any necessary paperwork
* Learning about other programs for which you may be eligible
* Asking any questions you may have
- Your intake advisor will direct you to the next steps shopping in the Food Shelf, Clothing Closet, or making an Emergency Fund request.
What if I Have Children With Me?
- Identification and mail with current address (or other proof of address) for every adult in your household
- Identification for each child (on the first visit each year only, examples include birth certificate, medical card, etc.)
- Parents are expected to watch their children at all times; a child-friendly section of our waiting room is available.
