Choose the food access option that works best for you
In recent weeks, we’ve heard growing concerns from community members about increased ICE enforcement activities in the Twin Cities. Moments like this can create real fear for many people—fear that can keep people from accessing the essential services they need to care for themselves and their families. All are welcome here, and we strive to make it easy to access food because everyone’s circumstances are unique.
At Valley Outreach, we want to be absolutely clear: we strive to be a safe, welcoming, and stable place for everyone. No matter what is happening around us, our commitment to inclusivity, dignity, and ease of access is always a priority.
All Are Welcome at Valley Outreach

We proudly welcome:
- People of all races, ethnicities, and nationalities
- People of all faiths and beliefs
- People from all socio-economic backgrounds
- People of all ages, body types, and abilities
- All family structures and living situations
- People who are LGBTQIA+
- Military veterans
- Speakers of all languages
In a nutshell, all are welcome at Valley Outreach, including you.
And at Valley Outreach, your words matter. Harmful and insulting speech will not be tolerated.
Our Commitment to Access: In-person, by proxy, or through delivery
During times of increased fear or uncertainty, our mission becomes even more critical. We want to remind the community of the practices that help keep Valley Outreach accessible to all:
- No personal information is required to receive food.
We collect minimal data, but it is not required for anyone to receive support. - Proxy pick-ups are welcome.
If someone does not feel comfortable coming in person, they may send a trusted friend or family member to shop on their behalf. - Deliveries are available within the Stillwater Area School District for individuals who cannot leave their homes.
These options exist because we believe everyone deserves access to nutritious food—without fear, barriers, or judgment.
Valley Outreach has always stood for compassion, dignity, and community—and we will continue to show up for one another, especially when times are hard.
