Simply come in the 1911 door during client service hours. Our team will be ready to assist you.

How Someone Else Can Pick Up Food for You
Current clients can call Valley Outreach at 651-430-2739 to add a shopper to their file or you can stop by the help desk the next time you come in. Tell staff that another person will pick up food for you, and give us that person’s name. This lets us know they have your permission to pick up food for you. The person picking up food will follow the same steps as if you were there yourself.
If you are a new client, you may call Valley Outreach at 651-430-2739. Let them know you are a new client and that you would like to have someone shop on your behalf. A staff member will call you back to help get you set up.
What to Expect
You will complete a brief form to place your food order. The form allows you to select from five broad categories of food: Fresh produce, milk, frozen meat, dry goods, canned goods, flour & toilet paper. We also offer pet food for cats and dogs.
Hand your completed form to one of our help desk staff and wait comfortably in your car. A volunteer will swiftly pack your food and bring it directly to your vehicle.
We understand your time is valuable. On average, you can expect to receive your food within 20 minutes after submitting your order form, depending on our current volume of orders.

Monday: 9:30 – 12:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 1:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Thursday: 1:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Friday: 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
We are closed on Wednesdays.
