Get help at Valley Outreach during the SNAP disruption in November. On Nov. 1, thousands of Minnesotans are experiencing a sudden disruption to their SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) food benefits and other programs due to the federal government shutdown. At Valley Outreach, we are already seeing increased need, and local community support is more important than ever.
