How to Get Food:

We offer several flexible ways to access food, designed to meet your needs:

1. Shop in-person once per month by appointment.

2. Pick up food anytime during service hours – no appointment needed.

3. Have a trusted person pick-up food for you. Call Valley Outreach at 651-430-2739 to get started.

4. Food delivery for homebound Washington County residents.

Our Help Desk is available during standard service hours to connect you with additional resources. Whether you need help navigating services or finding support beyond food, our team is here to help guide you.

Minnesota Food Helpline: Call 1-888-711-1151 to get help finding free food resources. Over-the-phone interpreters are available.

Energy Bill Assistance: The Energy Assistance Program (EAP) helps pay energy bills for eligible Minnesotans.

Health Insurance: Get help accessing affordable insurance coverage and care with help from the nonprofit, Portico Healthnet. To schedule an appointment or for any other questions, please call 651-489-2273.

Rent Assistance: United Way 2-1-1 provides free and confidential health and human services information for people in Minnesota. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 211.
