We provide personalized client support services like resource and application support, case management, and financial assistance to eligible clients. All of Valley Outreach’s client support services are based on individual needs. Our professional, highly skilled staff and volunteers will work together with you through one-on-one phone or in-person meetings. All our services are available free of charge.
Our Client Support Services Include:
- Rental and housing assistance (available to eligible residents of Stillwater Area School District)

If you are having trouble paying rent, help is available.
Community Action Partnership of Ramsey and Washington Counties (CAPRW), Solid Ground, and Valley Outreach are working together through a Community Response Fund.
The Community Response Fund is a short-term fund that helps renters in Washington County, Minnesota.
