New Donation Hours
Beginning December 1, 2021, our donation hours are changing and drive-up donations will be closed on Wednesday and Friday.
We are making this change because we simply do not currently have enough volunteers to sort through all of the generous donations we receive. Please volunteer to support our clothing program, we welcome you to fill out an online application!
New Service Hours
Beginning January 5, 2022, we will be closed on Wednesday for service hours – this means our SuperShelf and StyleXchage will not be open, and we will not have curbside pick-up. We will continue to offer delivery on Wednesdays. As an organization, we will use this day to focus on personalized support and programs to meet the needs of our growing client base.

Holiday Closures
Mark your calendars! We are closed on Thursday, Nov. 25, and Friday, Nov. 26 2021 in observance of Thanksgiving.
And new this year, we’ll be closed from Friday, December 24 through Jan. 2, 2022 in observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. We’ll be open again on Monday, Jan. 3 at 9:30 a.m. for donations and service hours.

I have American Girl dolls that we are wanting to donate instead of sell. Would your organization take them?
Hi Sarah, We only accept food and clothing donations. The bottom of our Clothing Donations page lists some organizations that may accept items we do not. Thanks for supporting Valley Outreach!
